We want you to love your new space. If your SOFABED isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Securely pack the sofa in its original boxes. If you no longer have the packaging, please contact us for alternatives.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for the furniture collection.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
